आम्ही शेतकऱ्यांना लोखंडी बैल देतो. दूरदृष्टी पणाची आमच्याकडे केव्हाही कमतरता नव्हती.भोसले ट्रॅक्टर वसमत हे मराठवाड्यातील पहिले व महाराष्ट्रातील तिसऱ्या क्रमांकाचे पावर वीडर विक्रेते आहेत.आम्ही कुणाचेही अनुकरण करून या व्यवसायात आलेलो नाही. कृषी क्षेत्रात कुशल व अकुशल कामगारांचा होणारा तुटवडा हे या व्यवसायात उतरण्याचं मुख्य कारण होतं.

इसवी सन 2013 साली हळदीला माती लावण्यासाठी लेबर लाकडी अकोडा घेऊन यायचे.जमिनीत वापसा झाल्यानंतर त्यांना कोळपणी करून मातीची मसार तयार करून दिल्यानंतर ते माती लावत.लेबर वेळेवर न आल्यास ही प्रक्रिया वारंवार करावी लागे. भोसले ट्रॅक्टर्सने पावर विडरला रिझर जोडून त्याद्वारे हळद ,ऊस ,केळीला मातीची भर देण्यात सुरुवात केली.आज या क्षेत्रात आम्ही 100% यांत्रिकीकरण केलेले आहे.त्यामुळे मनुष्यबळाच्या मदतीन होणार काम बंद होऊन शेतकऱ्यांचा वेळ, पैसा व श्रमाची बचत झाली आहे.

शेतकरी बंधूंना विक्रेते दोन प्रकारचे असतात.पहिला प्रकार म्हणजे कंपनीने तयार केलेला माल जशास तसा शेतकऱ्यांना विकणे, आणि दुसऱ्या प्रकारात भोसले ट्रॅक्टर्स शेतकऱ्यांना हवे असलेले पावर वीडर मोठ्या प्रमाणात कंपनीकडून तयार करून घेऊन देते.

Farmer brothers have two types of sellers.The first type is to sell the goods manufactured by the company to the farmers as it is . In second type Bhosle Tractors provides power weeders required by the farmers in bulk from the company.
